Beginning her journey at Portland State University, Madi received her Bachelor’s of Science in Psychology. She furthered her education by studying in Greece at the University of Thessaly and University of Jyvaskyla in Finland. Madi received a Master’s degree from each university resulting in a European Master’s in Sport and Exercise Psychology. After Graduating, she has worked with the professional women’s soccer team in Greece, national youth rugby academies, collegiate rugby teams, and state champion youth wrestlers.
As a former athlete, Madi recognizes the importance of mental performance in sport. She participated in track and cross country throughout high school and college. Madi was able to experience the benefits of mental performance training first hand. Now, she helps youth, collegiate, and professional athletes set proper goals, performance planning, communication skills, and developing self-confidence.
The ability for an athlete to focus on the game, set proper goals, and create a routine to maintain over all well-being is vital to a peak performance. Mental performance coaching can give athletes the tools that they need to be successful during their athletic career.
