One-on-One Athlete Session

One-on-one sessions are more useful for focusing on a specific area that target's the athlete's needs. The first session will be used to get an understanding of goals, followed by a plan to help reach those targeted goals. This can include individual goal-setting; visualization; focusing techniques; or even setting a routine.

Group sessions are more geared towards parents/coaches of athletes looking to gain a better understanding of mental performance. Group sessions can also include other physically active groups looking to improve the
